Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a very special Thanksgiving together in Florida! We are really enjoying being together as a family and being thankful for all that we have.
Ali loves her Uncle Dru!
Thankful for good food, family, and friends!
Beautiful weather in Florida...
She was cracking us up with her pronunciation of "banana"...
Mama & Daddy volunteered to watch Ali and April's family kept the girls...
we got to have a nice dinner out and visit!
Dru & Kristin, Eddie & Rye, Chris & April
After Thanksgiving, our tradition is to get our tree up and the house decorated for Christmas...
Ali (19months) helped us pick out the "perfect tree"...
... and put on the first ornament with CiCi!
... and many more!
She was a big help!
She's checking to make sure all the ornaments are in their spot...
Ali's name and our tree trunk ornament -
2010 is our 1st Christmas in the Timberlake house!
Time for the tinsel...
All Done!
Nice work Ali!!!

We went to see the ICE display at Gaylord Palms in Orlando.
This was a whimsical winter wonderland of large three-dimensional ice sculptures made from over 2 million pounds of ICE!
Ali liked the ice slide...

Ali's charter flight to Atlanta, Ga

This past weekend, Dru served as charter pilot for Ali & myself along with Kristin on our flight to Georgia.
Ali still holds the record for Dru’s youngest student pilot!

Ali is pointing out the weather that we will fly into over Atlanta; other than that, it looks clear.
She waits patiently at the FTI FBO while they top off the plane with fuel...
Ali & Kristin headed out to do the pre-flight inspection...

Ali took a little nap on the first leg of the flight...
Our fuel stop in WayCross, Ga...
As Ali predicted, there was some weather coming into Atlanta...
No picts from the PDK final destination...

Mama & Daddy drove down to meet us and visit Uncle Ivar & Aunt Becky.
Once we arrived, Kristin gave Ali some quick piano tips...
And Uncle Dru gave her a little re-fresher on the guitar...
Then cousins Robbie and Ali serenaded us on the piano...
Becky was enjoying reading to Robbie & Ali
Ivar & Ellie
Ali is a 'sucker' for her Uncle Dru... if you can't tell ;)

She loves playing with PopPop

Ali & Ellie - so sweet!

(Bottom Left: Rye, Ali, (missing Eddie), Melissa, Robbie, Monique, (missing Ellie)
We had all the cousins back together with the newest generation; Ali (19mo) met her 2nd cousins, Robbie (3), Ellie (6mo), and Aiden (11mo) for the first time. It was loads of fun to see them all together!

Headed out of Peach Tree Decab (PDK) Airport back to Waycross, Ga for fuel, then to Melbourne, Fl for us... Beautiful day to fly... clear skies the whole way!
Atlanta, Ga
Flying over Hartsfield Int'l Airport (aka Atlanta Int'l Airport)
FYI - Hartsfield Airport has been the world's busiest airport by passenger traffic and number of landings and take-offs since 1999. The airport is the primary hub of AirTran, Delta, and Delta Connection partner Atlantic Southeast; the Delta hub is the world's largest airline hub.

We had a wonderful weekend.
Thanks Dru for the charter flight and flight instruction along the way!
